The woman behind the mission
I'm Renate — originally from the Netherlands, and I've lived in five countries by 40. The Netherlands, Ireland, England, Portugal, Spain. And soon? Thailand.
I'm AuDHD, which means I spent years watching my brain be too much for rooms that were never built for it. Corporate was rigid, overstimulating, and exhausting in a way I couldn't fully articulate — until I finally understood why.
My hyperfocus, my intensity, my all-or-nothing nature — these weren't flaws to manage. They were the engine I'd been trying to run in the wrong vehicle.
I'm building my exit in real time. Publicly. Imperfectly. And I'm showing every neurodiverse woman watching that a soft, obsession-fuelled, deeply aligned life isn't a fantasy. It's a business model.
